About the client Our client is a leading regional bank with a strong presence across Southeast Asia. The bank provides comprehensive corporate and transaction banking solutions to commercial and large corporate clients, with continued investment in digital cash management capabilities and client-centric service delivery.

Role Overview The Cash Management Sales Manager will drive acquisition and growth of liabilities and cash management business across the assigned Sumatera markets. This role focuses on new client acquisition, portfolio deepening, and delivering tailored transaction banking solutions to commercial clients while ensuring strong compliance and service standards.

Key Responsibilities Business Development and Acquisition Prospect and acquire new commercial clients for liabilities and cash management solutions across Medan, Palembang, and Batam Drive CASA growth and transaction banking revenue in line with assigned targets Identify customer needs and propose relevant cash management solutions Build and execute territory sales plans to expand market penetration

Portfolio Management and Revenue Growth Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial clients Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities to deepen relationships Drive cross-sell of transaction banking products and digital solutions Track portfolio performance, revenue contribution, and pipeline health

Client Engagement and Service Delivery Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective solution delivery Work closely with implementation, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding Maintain sustainable operational flows and service quality for clients Actively resolve client issues and escalate when required

Governance, Risk and Compliance Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards Maintain proper documentation and sales discipline Achieve clean audit outcomes with no major findings Support KYC and due diligence processes where required

Sales Performance Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights

Requirements Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field 7+ years of experience in transaction banking, cash management sales, or corporate banking Strong track record in liabilities and cash management acquisition Good understanding of commercial banking clients in the Sumatera region Strong client management and relationship building skills Solid knowledge of transaction banking products including payments, collections, and digital banking Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English

Preferred Experience working with regional or international banks Familiarity with cash management platforms
