Senior Legal

to join our dynamic team and lead the company’s legal operations across multiple villas. This role will oversee legal strategy, contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters to ensure that all business activities operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Salary:

IDR 5,500,000 – 6,000,000 per month

About the Role The Senior Legal will be responsible for managing all legal aspects of the company, including contracts, compliance, licensing, and dispute management. This role will also provide strategic legal guidance to management and support business decisions to minimize legal risk while ensuring smooth operational processes across all managed properties.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors, employees, villa owners, and other third parties.

Provide strategic legal advice to management regarding business operations, policies, and regulatory compliance.

Manage and supervise company permits, licenses, and legal documentation for all villa properties.

Handle and resolve legal disputes, claims, and potential legal risks involving the company.

Ensure all company operations comply with Indonesian laws and relevant regulations.

Develop and improve internal legal policies, procedures, and compliance systems.

Work closely with internal departments to provide legal support and risk assessment.

Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on potential legal implications for the business.

Qualifications

Minimum

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) .

Minimum 5 years of experience

in the legal field, preferably in hospitality, villa management, property, or real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of

Indonesian labor law, corporate law, and business licensing .

Proven experience in

drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal agreements .

Background as

Notary (Notaris)

is preferred.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to advise management effectively.

Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as lead legal initiatives.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written) .
