of cross-border commercial advisory. You’ll work closely with business owners, founders, professionals, and investors in your region to help them establish

licensed advisor under Kimbocorp , helping clients: Create pre-incorporation sandbox businesses Structure shareholders and directors Sign early LOIs and prepare agreements Formalise their holding companies with full digital and advisory support

Your Responsibilities Introduce

a minimum of 3 qualified stakeholders per month

to explore Singapore structures Guide leads from your network into onboarding discussions or sandbox creation Follow up with prospects, share proposals, and close deals Attend weekly training sessions and advisory townhalls Provide 1-on-1 guidance to clients alongside our Singapore-based team Grow your own book of business and build a repeatable referral network
