Affiliate Marketing Manager (Skincare and Cosmetic) Role Description

Design and implement affiliate marketing strategies specifically for skincare and cosmetics products to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Recruit and nurture relevant affiliate partners within the beauty industry, including beauty influencers, content creators, skincare communities, and beauty resellers.

Provide affiliates with promotional materials, product catalogs, and educational resources highlighting the unique benefits of the company’s skincare and cosmetic products.

Optimize affiliate campaigns in line with current beauty trends (e.g., skincare routines, product reviews, unboxing content).

Monitor affiliate performance, analyze the effectiveness of beauty campaigns, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure brand messaging and campaigns remain consistent with the company’s positioning in the beauty industry.

Prepare and present regular performance reports on the affiliate program with a strong focus on sales results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnership, or Digital Marketing (experience in the beauty/skincare industry is a strong advantage).

Solid understanding of performance marketing strategies and affiliate platforms (e.g., Shopee Affiliate, TikTok Affiliate, Tokopedia, Lazada).

Proficient in using affiliate tracking and analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Affiliate Dashboard, Shopee Affiliate Dashboard, etc.).

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills with influencers, KOLs, and beauty communities.

Data-driven and detail-oriented in performance analysis.

Able to work analytically, target-oriented, and with high initiative.
