To lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations across palm cultivation, harvesting, milling, tank farm management, and product dispatch, ensuring seamless integration of procurement (CapEx and OpEx), inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. The role is accountable for delivering cost efficiency, operational excellence, and sustainability compliance while supporting business growth and maintaining product quality from plantation to customer. This includes developing strategic supply chain frameworks and fostering strong vendor and stakeholder relationships to achieve timely delivery, traceability, and resilience in a dynamic global market. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, APICS, CIPS) are highly desirable. Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the agribusiness, plantation, or palm oil sector. Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement (CapEx and OpEx), inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, production/milling, and product dispatch.
