Requirements Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent qualification. A minimum of two years of experience as a head chef or in a similar position at a five-star property or restaurant. Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards, HACCP policies, and procedures. Experience in Western and Indonesian cuisine. Proficient knowledge of food costing, profit and loss management, and expense forecasting. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer skills.
