Summary As the Associate Manager, SHE, You are responsible for Safety, Health and Environment aspects for Manufacturing sites in Indonesia. Continued reduction in Total Incident Rates meeting future targets and continued improvement in Corporate/Regional environmental metrics Essential Duties And Responsibilities Supervise the site SHE team and provides coaching and mentoring to strengthen competencies associated with functional skills Partners with Site manager to deploy leader standard work for managers and supervisors to support achievement of site specific targets and objectives Leads activities to comply with regulatory and company standards Develops internal audit processes, including SHE-related GEMBA and behaviour observations Verify timely, effective closure of identified SHE-related corrective and preventive actions Collaborate with engineering/maintenance to ensure inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance for SHE-critical equipment. Support external regulatory inspections (safety, health, environment, fire protection). Ensure effective incident investigations and action deployment. Lead training processes for SHE programs. Verify accuracy of data in SHE database (e.g., Entropy) and analyze trends. Manage SHE department budget. Ensure compliance with local/state/country SHE regulations. Review and support initiatives related to proposed SHE regulations. Align priorities and KPIs with Site Director/Manager and Regional SHE Manager. Provide SHE expertise to internal and external audits. Ensure effective implementation of ISO, SHE, 5S, Halal, CPPKRTB.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, Environmental, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety and Health Minimum 10 years experience in managing Plant Operation and Safety (SHE) Certified Safety Professional by Depnaker (Ahli K3 Umum) Familiar with OSHA and NFPA codes Experienced in FMCG is preferred Exposure in aerosol industry, flammable/hazardous chemical will be an advantage
