Visual Analyst • Creative | Jakarta

Responsibilities

Develop creative and innovative design concepts according to project requirements and specifications.

Design and create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations for various marketing materials, including digital and print media.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.

Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and visual communication.

Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

Maintain and organize design files and assets for future reference and ease of collaboration.

Ensure consistency in visual branding across different platforms and channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with an eye for detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and demonstrating a range of design styles and techniques.

Work from the office every day at One Belpark Office Building, Fatmawati, South Jakarta.

Able to bring your own working devices such as laptop.
