Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Description 1. Lead the development and execution of manufacturing technology strategies to improve productivity, quality, and sustainability. 2. Identify, assess, and implement new manufacturing technologies, automation systems, and digital tools. 3. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure seamless technology integration into existing operations. 4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plants using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies. 5. Manage and mentor the engineering and technical innovation team, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning. 6. Ensure all engineering projects meet safety, compliance, and sustainability standards. 7. Build partnerships with external vendors, research institutions, and technology providers to explore innovative solutions.

Requirement 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 2. 6+ years of experience in manufacturing technology, process engineering, or industrial automation. 3. Proven track record in leading technology-driven improvement projects in manufacturing environments. 4. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Industry 4.0 applications. 5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. 6. Passionate about continuous improvement and driving innovation that makes a tangible impact on operations.
