Graphic Design Specialist

Brief Summary PT Berhasil Tumbuh Bersama is an e-commerce enabler helping brands grow across multiple platforms. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer. You will be responsible for producing design assets for marketplaces, social media, campaigns, and simple motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities Create visual design assets for marketplace platforms (Shopee/Tokopedia/TikTok), including banners, product highlights, and campaign materials. Develop social media content Produce basic motion graphics (simple product animations, text motion, transitions) for Live Streaming. Maintain brand identity and follow brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with the KAE, Store Ops, affiliate, and live-stream teams for daily design needs. Report to Senior Graphic Design Specialist Deliver assets accurately and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in Graphic Design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome). Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and basic Adobe Photoshop. Able to create basic motion graphics using After Effects / CapCut Pro / Premiere (simple animation is sufficient). Strong portfolio is required. Familiarity with e-commerce design style is a strong plus. Creative, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good attitude and teamwork skills.
