Job Summary Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) is responsible for carrying out and certifying work performed. The role audits documentation to ensure conformance to the manufacturer’s approved or specified data, the Maintenance Policy Manual and Canadian Aviation Regulations.

Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled inspections according to the customer work package.

Identify and document findings resulting from inspections.

Carry out inspections of work performed to ensure compliance.

Audit documentation of work performed to ensure compliance.

Complete maintenance releases for work performed.

Participate in company SMS and report all hazards or incidents in accordance with company reporting procedures.

Ensure best maintenance practices are being adhered to.

Qualifications

Post Secondary Education Diploma or Degree.

Transport Canada AME License in the M2 Category.

3 to 5 years licensed experience.

In‑depth knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and ability to interpret and apply Transport Canada guidelines.

DHC 8 Q400 Transport Canada Type and/or ERJ 170/175 Transport Canada Type endorsement an asset.
