Accounting Analyst

The Accounting MIS Officer is responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to produce accurate and timely management reports. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and data integrity across the organization. The position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting processes, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update financial MIS reports for management review. Prepare and transform raw financial data into structured, accurate reporting data. Consolidate and analyze financial data from various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure consistent reporting standards. Ensure proper understanding and application of accounting procedures, cycles, and best practices. Ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation rules and requirements in data preparation and reporting. Assist in automating reports and improving existing MIS tools for efficiency. Provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, or similar finance roles. Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) Good understanding of accounting procedures, cycles, and financial process flows. Knowledge of Indonesian taxation and ability to comply with related reporting requirements. Familiarity with ERP or financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.). Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work with large data sets and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and initiative in improving reporting processes. Seniority Level
