Shift Quality Technician

Job Description Conduct sampling, testing, and documentation of results based on standard procedures. Report and escalate non-conformances; support root cause analysis and complaint investigations. Perform GMP audits and maintain quality equipment and retain samples. Release incoming materials and ECM products using IFS system. Collaborate with quality team to ensure consistent monitoring and smooth operations. Support quality-related training and execute QNC reports and hold product input.

Qualifications Minimum Diploma IV and Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related). Good communication skills in

English , both written and verbal. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team environment. Willing to work in

shifts
