Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue, ADR, and occupancy.
Analyze market trends, demand patterns, competitor pricing, and historical data to determine optimal pricing and inventory control.
Oversee distribution channels, including OTA, GDS, brand.com, and corporate portals, ensuring rate parity and optimal visibility.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews, including pick-up reports, segmentation analysis, and forecasting.
Lead regular Revenue Meetings with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Front Office.
Optimize business mix by evaluating group quotes, corporate RFPs, and FIT contracts in collaboration with Sales.
Maintain and update pricing, restrictions, and availability in the PMS and RMS (Opera, Accorโs RM tools, or similar systems).
Monitor and improve channel performance, conversion rates, and distribution costs.
Coordinate with Marketing to ensure strategic promotions align with revenue goals.
Prepare and present revenue reports, forecasts, and insights to the Executive Committee.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, rate structures, and commercial guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Revenue Management, Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3โ5 years of experience in revenue management within a 4- or 5-star international hotel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make accurate financial decisions.
Expertise in PMS, RMS, CRS, and channel manager systems (Opera, Accor systems, or similar).
Deep understanding of market segmentation, distribution channels, and demand forecasting.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professional, proactive, and highly collaborative attitude.
