Job Description
Responsibilities
Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new enterprise customers to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets;
Manage the end-to-end new business sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure;
Develop and execute hunter-focused sales strategies to penetrate target accounts and industries;
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers;
Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline with consistent forecasting and reporting;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful handover of new customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field;
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the technology or software industry;
Proven track record of successfully closing large and complex enterprise deals;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers;
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams;
High level of business acumen, professionalism, and results-driven mindset.
