Job Description

Key Responsibilities Create Purchase Orders (POs) based on stock requests from the warehouse or sales team. Monitor and follow up on orders with factories until goods are delivered to the warehouse. Inform relevant departments about incoming stock status. Maintain and update master data, including product types, SKUs, pricing, and descriptions. Prepare reports on purchase orders, incoming stock, and master data regularly. Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure accurate stock levels and pricing data. Doing other administrative task such as filling document, etc.

Qualifications Minimum education:

High School / Diploma / Bachelor (Administration or any ). Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in SAP/ ERP / inventory systems will be advantages. Detail-oriented, organized, and good at administrative tasks. Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and suppliers. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply Will be placed in Head Office Slipi - West Jakarta
