Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented, and brand‑driven
Marketing Executive with a strong Public Relations focus
to join the Communications & Marketing team of a prestigious luxury hotel in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have strong PR capabilities, excellent writing skills, and a solid understanding of luxury brand storytelling. The role requires a proactive, polished professional capable of handling media relations, content creation, social media presence, and brand visibility strategies across global markets.
This position demands creativity, refined communication etiquette, and the ability to represent the hotel with professionalism and sophistication across all public‑facing channels.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing and PR campaigns aligned with the hotel’s brand identity
Draft high‑quality press releases, media pitches, editorials, and brand communication materials
Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, journalists, and strategic PR partners
Assist in organizing media visits, press events, VIP familiarization trips, and brand activations
Produce compelling content for social media, newsletters, website updates, and digital marketing channels
Monitor online reviews, guest engagement, and public sentiment, ensuring timely responses aligned with brand standards
Support photography and videography coordination for marketing needs, including shoots and content calendars
Prepare marketing reports, PR tracking sheets, and analytics for campaign performance
Ensure brand consistency across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints
Collaborate closely with Sales, F&B, Rooms Division, and other departments for promotions, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and regional lifestyle media landscape
Protect and elevate the hotel’s brand reputation in all public‑facing communication
Core Competencies
1–3 years of experience in Marketing, PR, or Communications, ideally within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; portfolio samples are an advantage
Understanding of public relations practices, media relations, and brand communication standards
Familiarity with social media management and digital content creation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a refined and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Fluent in English; additional languages are a significant advantage
Impeccable grooming and presentation in line with luxury hospitality expectations

Work Schedule
This role follows a flexible operational schedule aligned with luxury hospitality standards. Although primarily office‑based, work may involve extended hours during campaigns, events, media visits, and high‑business periods.
Weekly off days are rotational:

Two days off
