Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Bancassurance role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with banking partners, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable bancassurance products. The role also involves achieving assigned sales targets, conducting product presentations, and maintaining an excellent level of service to enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the bank’s staff to develop strategies, drive sales, and expand the customer base. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Relationship-building and customer service experience Understanding of financial products, insurance, and bancassurance operations Problem-solving and decision‑making abilities to meet client needs A proactive attitude and target‑driven mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented, dynamic environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in sales or financial services is an advantage Seniority level
