Visual Merchandiser Manager (Furniture)

Job Descriptions

Design and implement visual merchandising standards for all store locations

Create seasonal display concepts that highlight products and support promotions

Plan store layouts, window displays, and in-store signage to maximize product visibility

Visit stores regularly to audit visual standards and provide hands‑on coaching to store teams

Collaborate with marketing team on campaign visuals and promotional displays

Manage visual merchandising budget for props, fixtures, and display materials

Track sales impact of visual changes and adjust strategies based on performance data

Stay updated on retail trends, competitor displays, and customer shopping behavior

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of visual merchandising experience in retail (fashion, furniture, or lifestyle brands preferred)

At least 1–2 years leading visual teams or managing multiple store locations

Strong eye for design, color coordination, and spatial arrangement

Proficient in basic design tools (AutoCad, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) for creating display mockups

Good understanding of retail operations and customer flow in stores

Willing to travel frequently between store locations

Portfolio of past visual merchandising work is a plus
