About The Team

The Supply Chain Team is committed to creating a flexible, stable and efficient global supply chain system, including procurement systems, logistics systems, multi-country and multi-regional warehouse management systems and last-mile transportation systems, providing seamless and boundaryless retail connectivity around the globe. The Team constantly optimize processes based on data and algorithms to provide reliable customer experience and support ground staffs to streamline operations and scale new heights

Job Description:

Deep dive into the business domain, learning and understanding the mechanism of every application component, and promoting product scalability, stability, and performance Set up, manage, and maintain Shopee product/middleware/database applications and services Perform regular and ad hoc server-side deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Design and develop an automated technical operation platform Capacity and Resource Management Responsible for the stress test to enhance the performance and remove redundancy of applications. Prepare routine operation documentation and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields Extensive and hands-on knowledge with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.) and Windows servers. Good knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) Hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages: Bash, Python, Go. Basic knowledge of database, message queue, caching, and storage services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure Passionate and possesses a strong sense of responsibility for work. Passionate about the technical operations of internet products, Linux OS, and open-source technology. 1 year of experience is welcome to apply Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
