Job Description

Responsibilities: Deliver high‑quality consumer research. Manage end‑to‑end custom research—design, methodology, fieldwork, analysis—ensuring clarity, data integrity, and impactful outputs. Translate insights into business impact. Produce insights that guide brand strategy, innovation, segmentation, positioning, and consumer‑centric business decisions. Champion consumer understanding. Act as the internal advocate for consumer needs, pain points, behaviors, and motivations across teams. Ensure operational excellence in research. Keep projects on time and within budget, maintain a research knowledge library, and ensure compliance with processes and governance. Enable better decision‑making across stakeholders. Align with cross‑functional teams, share insights clearly, and help them leverage findings for business optimization.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or relevant fields. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience working in research agency/data analytics firm/consumer insight team on the client-side or relevant industry. Strong insights experience or doing this role in other FMCG/CPG companies. Solid knowledge on primary research, both qualitative and quantitative. Highly driven & attention to detail. Comfortable working with data (qualitative and quantitative data). Self-driven, ability to manage multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize tasks is a plus. Able to perform under pressure and ambiguity. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willing to be placed in
