Finance Accounting

We are looking for a Finance Staff to support our growing online business. This role will focus on

daily sales reconciliation, payout monitoring, validating marketplace charges, and ensuring all e-commerce transactions are recorded accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile sales & payouts from Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, website, etc.

Reconcile payment gateways (Midtrans/Xendit/Doku/Stripe).

Process refunds, returns & cancellations.

Prepare daily & monthly sales reports.

Support month-end closing for e-commerce revenue.

Requirements

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work with data.

Experience in e-commerce reconciliation is a plus.
