Recruiter

to join our dynamic recruitment team. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth process from sourcing to onboarding, and partnering with stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other majors .

Proven experience (min. 2 years) in

end-to-end recruitment

(sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

Knowledge in using LinkedIn Recruiter/Jobstreet/Kalibr or other job portals is an advantage.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.

Manage candidate pipeline, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.

Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

Provide regular recruitment progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
