Finance & Accounting Manager

Supervise and oversee daily accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries. Prepare, review, and process month‑end and year‑end closing entries. Ensure proper and timely recording of financial transactions. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS). Support the preparation of forecasts and budgets. Compliance & Internal Controls

Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements. Assist in the preparation for external audits and liaise with auditors. Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Conduct variance analysis between budgeted, actual, and forecasted financial performance. Identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making. Support cost control and expense management initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA certification is a plus). 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
