We are looking for an experienced and skilled

Financial Analyst

to join our team at AnyMind Group in Jakarta. This role will play a crucial part in analyzing financial performance, preparing management reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth in our operations.

Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis, revenue trends, and operational cost monitoring. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management. Identify and quantify potential areas for cost savings and revenue improvement, and follow up on action plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, commercial, marketing, etc.) to gather data and build business cases. Create clear, structured presentations and reports to support management decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance / Financial Analyst or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet modeling (e.g. financial modeling, scenario analysis, dashboards). Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate large and complex data sets into clear, actionable insights. Prior experience in an enabler company (logistics, e‑commerce enabler/platform provider, or similar) is preferred. Good communication skills, comfortable collaborating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and able to work effectively in a team.
