PERSOL Indonesia is currently looking Secretary Korean Speaker for our clients with details:
The Management Secretary (Korean Speaker) will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the President Director’s daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position requires communication skills in Korean & English language to support both internal and external coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents in Indonesian, Korean and English
Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the President Director.
Any other additional administration tasks.
Qualifications
Holds at least Bachelor’s degree in Economic / Business related major from a prestigious university in Indonesia or overseas.
Having experience of at least 3 years as a Secretary is a mandatory requirement. Highly preferred to have a secretary experience in a Korean company.
Any industry background is acceptable.
Fluent in English and Korean (at least TOPIK 5 level).
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Willing to be WFO 100% in SCBD, South Jakarta area.
A healthy and fit person.
Having experience working or studying in Korea will be an advantage
