IT PMO (Banking - English Speaker)

NOTES

Status: 3/6 months PKWT under Sigmatech (extendable)

Location: WFO - South Jakarta

Salary: IDR 16,000,000 (Gross) - 19,000,000 (Gross)

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Lead with managing big-scale project risks, issues, action items, schedules, meetings.

Monitor and remind stakeholders of major follow-up items and deadlines.

Lead and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Manage and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure project milestones are met.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Create comprehensive documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project activities and ensure its compliance with standards and governance.

Update project management documentation, and present the documents to wider audience.

Contribute to quality reviews and coordinate activities in support of quality objectives.

Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management in banking industry, with a focus on PMO roles.

Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects independently.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Logical, and efficient, with creative problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience working with international teams and values working in a multicultural environment.

To Have knowledge of Transaction Banking products and experience in TB projects.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the banking or financial services industry handling TB projects.

Proficient with project management tools and software.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
