Customer Relationship Intern

Responsibilities Initiate contact with potential leads via cold calling. Identify customer needs and qualify prospects for the senior sales team. Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer data in our system. Send introductory emails and schedule meetings for Sales Managers. Track daily activity and provide feedback on script effectiveness.

Requirements Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Business, or a related field. Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner. High level of resilience and a \"can-do\" attitude when handling rejections. Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
