Job Description

We are seeking a business development and sales representative for our client who specializes in IT software sales for the healthcare industry.

Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospect potential clients and generate leads.

Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales executives.

Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for targeted outreach.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the client company's services and industry trends.

Prepare reports on lead generation efforts and performance metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

A minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the medical industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is an advantage.
