Position Overview As a Key Account Executive at NalaGenetics, you will be instrumental in driving our B2B sales strategy and maintaining strong client relationships in the genetic testing industry. You will develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new accounts and expand existing ones, ensuring tailored genetic testing solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. Your role will involve negotiating contracts, collaborating cross‑functionally with internal teams, and leveraging market insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions. Success in this role will require a strong understanding of our products, proactive client engagement, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan to acquire new accounts and expand existing relationships.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with B2B clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored genetic testing solutions.

Identify and engage key account decision‑makers, maintaining consistent follow‑up as agreed upon.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements, aligning client objectives with company capabilities and maintaining profitability.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and laboratory services, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Understanding the products of NalaGenetics, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.

Maintain a physical field presence to reinforce account strategies, ensure plan execution, and adherence to agreements.

Any other duties assigned by the CEO/COO from time to time.

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably managing key accounts or large clients.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.

Having previous experience or familiarity with Human Resources Employee Benefits is a plus.
