Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost‑effective purchasing.
Establish and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with quality and ethical standards.
Monitor market trends to anticipate supply risks and opportunities.
Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
Optimize transportation routes and costs while ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments to align logistics with production and sales schedules.
Ensure compliance with customs, import/export regulations, and company policies.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage budgets for procurement and logistics activities.
Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Provide regular reports to management on procurement and logistics performance.
Identify and mitigate risks related to suppliers, transportation, and inventory.
Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor the logistics and procurement team.
Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Strategic Contribution
Support long‑term business growth by aligning procurement and logistics strategies with corporate objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for operational efficiency.
Drive digitalization and automation initiatives in supply chain processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.
Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
Experience in international trade, import/export regulations, and customs compliance.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations, and warehouse management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive efficiency improvements.
Proficiency in ERP/HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Talenta, or similar).
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
