Roles & Responsibilities Monitor and track all project and operational costs Prepare regular cost reports and variance analyses Review purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims to ensure cost accuracy and proper allocation Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to verify supplier quotations and contract values Maintain cost databases and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date Provide cost estimates for new projects and evaluate potential cost savings Highlight cost trends, risks, and opportunities to management Assist in monthly financial closing and reconciliation of cost-related accounts Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management (preferred) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis (preferably in hospitality environment Good understanding of cost management principles and financial reporting High level of integrity and accuracy in data handling Great command of English, both verbal and written
