Now, we’re looking for a Tax Application Support who is ready to deliver hands-on support and ensure our clients maximize the value of our technology—across dynamic and fast-paced operational environments.

What You’ll Do: Guide and assist clients in utilizing Pajakku’s tax and accounting applications Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate digital tax solutions Support system implementation according to project timelines and operational schedules Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption Prepare documentation and continuously stay updated on tax technology developments Provide responsive support as part of a structured, rotating service schedule to ensure optimal client experience

What We’re Looking For: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Taxation or Accounting Min 2 years in client-facing, consulting, support, or implementation roles Brevet A & B certifications (mandatory) Strong interest in technology-driven tax solutions Familiar with tax software and proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable working in a structured shift-based operational environment
