About The Role Ensure mall promotion & advertising activities run in accordance with applicable company procedures, so that they can support the achievement of sales.

What will you be doing? Develop program/event strategies that are attractive, effective, efficient and communicative in accordance with needs, marketing intelligence information and store/product characteristics, so as to increase national sales for the retail group for which they are responsible. Ensure that the implementation of the program/event runs smoothly in accordance with the budget and marketing calendar plan that has been determined. Evaluate all program/event implementation activities to determine consumer behavior and needs as well as the effectiveness of the program being implemented in order to improve the quality of work. Develop working relationships with vendors/sponsors/media/PH/agency/press/other parties and evaluate the performance of these vendors so that they continue to provide good service to the company. Ensure a strategy for managing consumer loyalty through attractive promotional programs so that it can support increased traffic and consumer spending.

What do we look for? S1 Public Relation, Communication, Marketing. Min 2 years working as Marketing & Casual Leasing Manager in Mall/Property. Knowledge & Skill : Sales and Marketing knowledge, Marketing & Media Relations, Computer Graphic / Applications, English, Event Organizer. Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama Group, West Jakarta.
