Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile practices across cross‑functional teams while ensuring strong communication, collaboration, and alignment between business stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Manage communication and alignment between teams and stakeholders.

Monitor team progress and coordinate with other teams/departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (IT, Business, or related field).

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, and CPMO).

1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Management Office.

Familiar with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.
