Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a trading/e-commerce company based in West Jakarta. We are seeking an experienced

Finance Manager with Mandarin language proficiency

to join their team.

Job Description Manage the company's daily transaction records and document storage.

Verify the sales and inventory reports of the group companies.

Verify financial transactions with data on the sales platform.

Manage the monthly financial reports of the group companies.

Manage the monthly tax summaries of the group companies, tax collection, tax reporting, tax planning, and understand the latest tax regulations.

Coordinate with the Finance, Accounting, and Tax Supervisors and tax staff.

Requirements Bachelor's degree

in accounting or finance with over 3 years of experience in accounting and tax at a trading/e-commerce company.

3–5 years of managerial experience.

Familiar with handling Group Companies (especially Foreign/Chinese Companies).

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, etc.

Good knowledge of corporate taxation (Income Tax, PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 15, VAT, Annual Tax Reports). Possession of Brevet A/B & C certificates is an advantage.

Experience in the field of Consulting/Auditing/KAP.

Possession of USKP certification (a plus).

Proficient in Mandarin (HSK 5/HSK 6 is a plus)

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and results oriented.

Position located at Soho Capital, West Jakarta.
