Job Title Architectural Engineer – Senior Staff

Job Description

Fully responsible for overall architectural design to ensure compliance with user requirements and applicable SNI regulations (including Green Building standards).

Design building architecture in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

Review and evaluate all architectural designs prepared by consultants to ensure compliance with user requirements and regulations.

Coordinate with consultants regarding design development and necessary revisions.

Provide recommendations and technical input related to architectural design.

Monitor consultant work to ensure completion in accordance with agreed requirements and schedules.

Review and interpret Basic Design, Detail Engineering Design (DED), tender drawings, and construction drawings.

Design infrastructure area architecture (including landscaping) and supporting buildings in compliance with applicable regulations and Green Building standards.

Job Requirements Education

Bachelors Degree (S1) in Architecture.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Engineer (preferred).

Age

Maximum 30 years old.

Special Skills

English proficiency.

Technical Competencies

Strong understanding of Basic Design, DED, tender drawings, and construction drawings.

Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Revit, and Microsoft Office.

Up-to-date knowledge of SNI regulations and architectural design standards, including Green Building criteria.

Soft Skills

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Honest, disciplined, assertive, detail-oriented, and professional attitude.

High sense of responsibility and dedication.

Able to work under pressure.
