Finance Controller

We are looking for a

Finance Controller

to lead the company’s finance function end-to-end — from accounting and reporting to cash flow, budgeting, and internal control. You will build structure, implement systems, and drive financial accuracy across manufacturing, warehouse, and commercial operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role reporting directly to the founders.

What You’ll Do

Lead and oversee the

accounting, AP/AR, tax, and budgeting

functions.

Ensure

accurate and timely month-end closing

and preparation of financial statements.

Manage

cash flow planning, payment scheduling, and working capital optimization.

Set up and lead the company’s budgeting and forecasting process , establishing department budgets, variance tracking, and rolling forecasts.

Build a

budget control framework

— linking budget commitments, approvals, and actual spend to ensure financial discipline.

Strengthen

internal controls, accounting policies, and process efficiency

across departments.

Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.

Partner with other departments to ensure cost integrity and financial visibility across the business.

Provide actionable financial insights to management to support decision-making, growth planning, and profitability improvement.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;

CPA or CA preferred.

8+ years of experience

in finance, accounting, or controlling — within

FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.

Proven experience managing

budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles.

Solid leadership, analytical mindset, and high integrity in handling confidential financial data.

Comfortable operating in a

fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

with hands‑on ownership.
