Job Description
Greet and engage new followers or leads from our social media platforms
Respond to client messages and inquiries through WhatsApp
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through attentive service and effective problem-solving
Conduct follow-ups about promotion class with clients via WhatsApp, email, or calls
Support the sales and marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks
Creating content concepts for class promotion
Qualifications
Final year or graduated student in any major — preferably Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration
Good communication skills
— both written and verbal.
Able to
work from office in Yogyakarta
4 times per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday/Sunday).
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing data and client relationships.
Passionate about marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
Continuous
training and upskilling
in marketing, communication, and client management.
Certificate of appreciation and LinkedIn recommendation
Direct mentorship opportunities with the company’s management team.
