Jakarta, Indonesia. Full-time, On-site (In-house role, not agency) Salary:

USD 600–900 net per month (take-home pay), negotiable based on experience and Mandarin proficiency

Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Indonesia-based candidates (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer process). Conduct candidate screening and interviews, and communicate with APAC Regional HR and stakeholders in

Mandarin and English . Build and maintain local talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals. Coordinate closely with Indonesia Hiring Manager and APAC HR teams. Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates and reports. Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment process efficiency.

Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in in-house or agency recruitment. Experience handling local hiring while coordinating with regional stakeholders. Fluent in

Mandarin and English

(business communication level). Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS. Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills. Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work full-time on-site in Jakarta and legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
