PERSOL Indonesia is assisting one of Home Appliances company, looking for Key Account Manager - Modern Trade located in Jakarta

Key responsibility areas Key Account Ownership

End-to-end responsibility for sales, revenue, and relationship management with a top-tier modern trade account.

Negotiate annual terms, trading conditions, and joint business plans

Drive Bosch & Gaggenau’s visibility and growth in modern trade, focusing on both freestanding and built-in categories.

Align execution with in-store visibility, pricing, display, and promotion guidelines.

Analyze sell-in/sell-out data, margin structures, and category performance.

Translate insights into actionable growth plans, promotions, and inventory corrections.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Category teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.

Coordinate with regional and local stakeholders on product availability and account performance.

Promoter Management & ROI

Oversee promoter effectiveness within the account.

Work with the Trade Marketing team to optimize deployment and incentives

Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and new store openings within the account’s network.

Reporting & Forecasting

Prepare regular performance updates, sales forecasts, and gap-closing plans.

Present account reviews to senior management.

Requirements

Experience: 10–12 years in Modern Trade Sales, preferably in home appliances or premium consumer durables. Previous experience handling

built-in kitchen appliances

is a strong advantage.

Industry Network: Existing relationships within top electronics retail accounts in Jakarta is a plus.

Skillset: Strong in sales analytics, structured account planning, and performance tracking.

Mindset: Independent, entrepreneurial, and proactive with a hands-on approach. Able to operate with minimal supervision and take ownership of results.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is a plus.

Tools: Proficiency Good command of Excel, data dashboards, and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.

Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Salary: Maximum IDR 25.000.000 Gross
