Job Description
Merancang, menjalankan, dan mengoptimasi campaign digital (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads).
Mengelola dan mengalokasikan budget iklan secara efektif untuk mencapai target revenue dan ROAS.
Melakukan analisa performa campaign secara berkala (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV).
Mengembangkan strategi scaling campaign yang profitable dan sustainable.
Mengawasi implementasi tracking (Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, dll).
Berkolaborasi dengan tim Creative, E-Commerce, dan Affiliate untuk memastikan efektivitas campaign.
Membuat laporan performa dan rekomendasi strategi kepada manajemen.
Pendidikan minimal S1 (Marketing, Bisnis, atau jurusan relevan).
Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di industri FMCG, atau E-Commerce.
Mampu membaca dan mengolah data untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis.
Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim
