About the Role We are looking for a motivated and hands-on

Inbound Warehouse Supervisor

to manage daily inbound operations. You will be responsible for receiving, inspection, storage, and coordination with transport partners to ensure smooth and accurate warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise inbound warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and daily support Oversee inbound receiving, inspection, and put-away processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency Coordinate and prioritize daily inbound activities to meet operational schedules and targets Communicate with transporters and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth handover Handle inbound discrepancies such as quantity variances, damages, or system mismatches Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications Minimum

1 year of experience

in inbound warehouse operations or a team leader role Good understanding of warehouse receiving, inspection, and storage processes Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Proficient in warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is an advantage English language ability is a MUST, and Chinese language ability is a plus, to support communication with internal teams and external partners
