We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven

Retail Funding Manager

to lead the acquisition, management, and expansion of retail lender portfolios within our Fintech/P2P Lending platform. This role focuses on driving fundraising strategies, strengthening relationships with individual lenders, and ensuring sustainable growth of retail funding sources.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to acquire new retail lenders and expand the company’s funding base.

Identify potential funding channels and execute targeted outreach initiatives to attract individual investors.

Conduct presentations, webinars, and financial education sessions to promote retail investment opportunities.

Monitor funding performance, portfolio behavior, and lender activity to ensure healthy and sustainable growth.

Manage reinvestment strategies and maintain strong engagement with existing retail lenders.

Analyze investor patterns and provide insights to improve funding conversion and retention.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail lenders by providing high‑quality support and communication.

Address inquiries, concerns, and investment‑related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure high satisfaction and trust among retail investors.

Ensure all retail funding activities comply with OJK regulations and internal company policies.

Collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to support due diligence, KYC processes, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in retail funding, investor relations, sales funding, wealth management, or financial services.

Strong understanding of the

Fintech/P2P lending industry , retail investor behavior, and regulatory requirements.

Proven track record in managing retail lender portfolios and achieving funding targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and data interpretation.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Highly proactive, result‑oriented, and capable of independently driving initiatives.
