KOL Specialist

Qualifications Minimum of 1 years of experience in brand Marketing, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or related roles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in content creation, campaign management and performance analysis.

Up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest influencer marketing trends and platforms.

Passion for brand building and a keen eye for emerging marketing opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive KOLs marketing strategy aligned with company goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Identify, recruit, and onboard bloggers, influencers, content creators, etc. who are relevant to our target audience and brand values.

Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with existing KOLs, providing ongoing support, communication, and motivation.

Plan, execute, and manage KOLs campaigns, ensuring KOLs have the necessary creative assets, tracking links, and promotional materials.

Continuously monitor affiliate performance, track key metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, sales, ROI), and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Implement strategies to improve program performance, including commission structure adjustments, bonus incentives, and A/B testing of creative assets.

Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance and present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership team.

Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in KOLs marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
