What You Will Do: Support the Employee Communication Team in creating visual materials for events, internal campaigns, and corporate communication content. Develop initial sketches and visual concepts prior to final design execution. Operate design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects, and CapCut. Assist in visual content production, including photo and video editing, and creation of design assets (posters, banners, flyers, etc.). Collaborate with relevant teams (People Experience/Comms/Brand) to ensure alignment with company branding.

What You Bring to The Table: Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student

with a

Visual Communication Design (DKV)

background from a reputable university. Able to express your thoughts clearly and listen actively. Proactive character, eager to contribute, and ready to make an impact. Able to work well with a team and also handle tasks independently. Able to think differently and bring new perspectives to the ideas.
