Overview :
Managing the company's digital front line, handling inbound inquiries from social media and messaging platforms, and ensuring a strong and consistent online customer experience. This role bridges customer communication, digital growth, and social media presence, playing a key role in shaping how the brand interacts and expands online.
Responsibilties :
Manage and respond to inbound inquiries from WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other digital platforms
Guide potential customers through the inquiry and ordering journey in a clear and professional manner
Monitor conversation trends and provide insights on customer behavior and demand patterns
Collaborate with the marketing team in selecting and refining digital ad creatives
Recommend priority areas or segments for campaign placements based on inquiry pertormance
Contribute ideas for content on platforms such as
Instagram and TikTok
Coordinate with interns supporting content execution and daily digital activities
Maintain response time standards and communication quality
Qualifications
:
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable handling high-volume digital conversations
Detail-oriented and responsive
Interest in social media trends and digital platforms
Able to analyze patterns and make practical recommendations
Capable of coordinating across teams
Preferred:
Experience in handling online inquiries or digital engagement
Familiarity with digital advertising or basic pertormance metrics
