The Business Function involves helping customers realise their dreams and aspirations at every life stage through a full spectrum of products and services, including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards and personal loans. Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new Treasures clients Lead a team of Treasures Wealth Associate to achieve client acquisition targets and ensure exceptional client service Analyze market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored wealth management solutions to clients Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies Requirements
