Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to customers for overdue installment collections and provide payment education and solutions.

Record visit results and report daily collection data to the company system.

Coordinate with superiors and team on strategies to settle receivables and carry out collections in accordance with SOP and work ethics.

Qualifications

Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3/S1 from any discipline.

Active SIM C and personal motor vehicle.

Good communication and negotiation skills to work field‑based.
