Job Description
Responsibly in achieving sales targets set by the company in accordance with their respective work area.
Create sales strategies and effective approaches to the
General Trade
market and develop
new market .
Manage and lead the sales team to work optimally according to company targets.
Conduct regular analysis and evaluation of sales results and propose improvements.
Proactively report area development, sales, customers, and market conditions to management.
Develop strong marketing networks and distribution channels.
Conduct market surveys to understand trends, competitors, and new products.
Minimum education is
Sarjana (S1) , majoring in Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
Experience in
territory management, route management, and sales mapping .
Wide networking in the automotive industry is an added value.
Mastery of
sales data analysis
with Ms. Office, especially
Excel (Pivot & VLOOKUP)
for reporting and evaluation.
Communicative, persuasive, and problem solver
with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Adaptable to market trend changes and
creative in developing marketing strategies .
Ready to travel for business trips outside the city regularly.
